I have expanded my work now. I am glad to announce that I offer my services to the mums and mums-to-be.

Being a mum myself I know that your body undergoes major changes when you become pregnant. As well the labour and birth are hard on the body as are the demands of a new born. A hectic schedule, other children and numerous other day to day problems can cause unwanted stress and a build up of tension in the muscles, in addition to the usual pregnancy related aches and pains.

A Massage is not recommended during the first three months to ensure the health of you and your baby.

                          relieves muscle spasms, cramps

                          reduces stress and allows you to relax and improve your sleeping patterns

Loving Teams

We are suggesting that you stand in the hologame--in the comfortable and familiar physical reality-and allow your consciousness to expand and include the possibility that there is a doorway open to other realms, and you have a personal invitation to walk through.... There are loving teams of beings ever ready to support and guide you and all others into this new adventure. The important key to remember is the willingness and the asking. State your intentions clearly and then surrender.

Daily practices that connect you with your most Divine aspect are  important.... You can   give yourself this gift by sitting quietly-feeling the physical body, sensing the energy body, and, with your awareness in your heart, sending gratitude and appreciation on your breath to your Divine aspect. Allow and welcome the love and energy that flows back in return. This simple exercise will strengthen you on all levels of being ness.
Remember that energy follows thought. Watch your thoughts. Stay very vigilant with your thoughts, your emotions, and your words. Each one carries a vibration. It is your responsibility to recognize and shift the energy signature you are offering to the collective. This is far more important than you realize.

I am an Intuitive Healer, Counsellor,and Bodyworker on a spiritual journey.  My journey of healing and self discovery began at a young age, when i was becoming aware of the invisible world around me.

I did it :-)
Today I started working officially with children. This is a dream of mine since a long time but untill now I was not clear how to bring it into action. Now I have this strong call to get started and so I do.
Amazing the response I got from my little friend today. I had tears in my eyes I was so touched by her openess and honesty.....

Where did this year go?
I ask myself realizing that it is already october. It seems just a second away that I spend a wonderful X-mas holiday with my family on the beautiful sacred island of Bali.
                                                                                    




    



I catched myself to get a bit nervous that I didn’t make the progress on my goals that I wanted to achieve.
But, hey think pink; there are still 80 days to get results on my goals and on yours.
  •  So I figured out I can get a friend to become an accountability partner. I can check in weekly or daily with how I am doing on my goals.
  •  Post reminders on the wall. I can post my goals, timetable, positive affirmations, or maybe a vision board.  All of these keep my goals at the top of my mind.
  • Create daily actions that move me closer to my goals
  • And most important have fun and enjoy the process
So I invite you to join in and make the best out of the time we still have to get results on our goals
